Terms of Service - Red Squirrel Designs

Whether your project is big or small, we require a 50% deposit up front to get your project underway. The balance is due on delivery: for logos, business cards & flyers, once the final designs are emailed; for websites, once it is hosted and made live.

If you’re a NEIS (New Enterprise Incentive Scheme) student, then speak with us about payment plans. We know how tough it is to get going so we can offer you extended terms meaning you can pay the usual 50% deposit, but pay the balance over 4 or 6 months.

Most projects take a couple of weeks to get completed but that time-frame will be largely dependent on how quickly you can come up with content for your site (text, images, what you want in your contact forms, etc).

But 90% of our customers don’t know where to even start. If that’s the case, we will jump right in and help wherever and whenever we can so we can get your launched as quickly as possible.

Payments can be made either via direct bank transfer, PayPal or credit card. All payment methods are done securely, meaning you’re protected!
